Another root cause that causes facial lines are prepared meals. Processed meals that line up the grocery shelves are removed of nutritional value such as anti-oxidants, omega 3 and other vital nutritional value that the epidermis needs. As we all know, anti-oxidants protect our tissues from harm caused by free-radicals. The best way to keep our epidermis tissues healthy is by restricting or better yet, avoiding prepared meals and eating more fresh antioxidant rich meals such as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Excessive liquor consumption can also cause facial lines as it inflames the epidermis. When the lives metabolizes liquor, it creates toxic chemicals such as aldehydes and ketones which can irritate and harm the tissues underneath epidermis. If your epidermis tissues are swollen constantly then it could definitely speed up the development of facial lines and other aging problems. Apart from that liquor can also cause capillary leaks which can cause the epidermis to bloat and sag at the same time.
