Keratosis Pilaris, Self care measures for Keratosis Pilaris and What is Keratosis Pilaris. This morning I was just researching and bump into three very easy steps that you can use in taking care of Keratosis Pilaris, which I am about sharing with you.

These three easy step summaries as, Exfoliate, Moisturise and Diet. Waooo, I know a lot of question will race through your mind now, not to worry I will explain one after the other let with exfoliate.

Exfoliate, sugar scrub, have you have or come across it? This can be easy made, never the less you can still buy already made sugar scrub at the store. Take one portion sugar and mix it with extra virgin olive oil  in a jar until it gets to a uniformity you like. Some individuals like to add lemon energy to give it an awesome perfume or others like to add honey for its treatment qualities. Use it after your epidermis has been immersing in the bath for a few moments. When you are through rubbing it on your body kindly use wash it off and then use something to effectively clean the oil off your skin.

Secondly Moisturize your body with Virgin Coconut Oil, or your favorite moisturizer, that is any lotion that is made for dry skin, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and AmLactin XL Lotion, has a good review from Keratosis Pilaris sufferers, try it out if you have not.

And lastly diet Add fat (EFAs) to you eating plan such as Omega-3 (Linolenic Acid), Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid) and Omega-9 (Oleic Acid). These fat cannot be created by one's human body (apart from Omega-9) so you need to add them to your daily eating plan. A limited amount of Omega-9 can be created by one's human body provided the other EFAs are found. Other food sources that will also help are soy bean, flax seed oil, canola oil, maple oil, almonds and fish.

Try these tips and see that wonders it will work on your body within a week.
